"The pool area was disappointing. No umbrellas or side tables at any of the lounge chairs. You had to rent a cabana in order to get shade, not acceptable. Also, drink prices way too high and pool service was very slow."

"I expected more from a 4 star hotel - very disappointing. No fridge in the rooms, no coffee or tea . Water would be turned off in the middle of the night. On occasion we couldn't even get hot water out of the tap."

"Our view was very nice….the Sphere, the Eiffel Tower, and Pickle Ball courts! We had a light that didn’t work and thought room was dark. Service was excellent. Room service, extra towels, concierge and reception top notch. We spent a lot of time at Cosmo. Eating, gambling, aunt the bars etc. Would love to go back again"
