"The room was clean and very big. The property needs to paint and do some upkeep. All doors to rooms beat up and paint was coming off everywhere. Great location"

"Hadn't been to the San Luis in years. The lobby had been remodeled and looked great. We stayed on the 10th floor and nothing had changed. The room was showing quite old and very worn. We paid quite a bit to stay on this floor and was disappointed in its condition. We did appreciate breakfast by room service each morning. The staff was wonderful."

"The pool temperature was way too cold. No one was enjoying it. Everyone around the pool was complaining about this. Room was nice, maybe a little bit more detail cleaning is recommended. Self parking is $30 a night even when the rain forest cafe costumers use the same parking lot, I don't think that's fair. Everything else was really nice, i loved that my chihuahua baby was welcomed and that there's an specific space for her to run freely without a leash, in the back of the building. If they fix the pool temperature, I will be back for sure. 😊"
