"This was a smaller, very reasonable, well-layed out property in a great location. Communication with the host was excellent. Wonderful overall experience."

"Overall, it was just what we needed. A few things I would recommend. 1. There were works throughout the day beginning about 10:00 a.m. it made enjoy the beach and rest difficult. through the noise of hammers, saws, and other tools. The men were fine, it would have been good if they could have worked when guests were not there.2. Opening the lock was difficult for an older couple. Very difficult to turn.3. I would recommend replacing the bed or the supports for the bed. Something was not in good order.I am not a good critic because we enjoyed our time but I would adjust these three things. We were grateful for the opportunity."

"The House is larger than the pictures show and very comfortable. THe deck is quite large with lots of tables, chairs. The beach view is very limited since a another cabin is between this house and the water. However, beach access is just a very short walk accross the boardwalk. The fenced yard is very nice also with nice grassy area and seating. Surfside beach is family friendly, clean and pretty quiet. It is also pet friendly. However, there were many many dogs off leash even though they have a city ordinance requiring leashed pets. we would definitely return and were very happy with the beach house but would not take out dog again."

"We had a wonderful time staying here, the host was great and responded quickly. The house was very cozy and clean. We got to see the sun rise and set every night. We stayed in mid October, and the weather and water were perfect. 10/10 would recommend."
