"In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious. I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that nothing could be done!!! Such a pity that it wasnt dealt with correctly. "

"We were pleasantly surprised and really impressed with this hotel. Great location for the Yumbo Centre, very friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean room and a great pool. Would definitely recommend this place."

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there. "

"This hotel is great! The staff are amazing and the location is perfect… so near the beach but you won’t want to leave your pool side lounger to relax your stress away. Claudio and Christina were very accommodating to our needs. Our room had a great view of the ocean, the beach, the dunes, and property and was very comfortable. "
