Another great stay.

This hotel cannot be faulted. Exceptional buffet style food, good evening entertainment, comfy rooms, efficient friendly staff. Can't wait to go back. One of the best features if the large pool area with more than enough beds.

A nice clean hotel with plenty of activities going on. I particularly liked the heated pool which is great in the winter and also the easy access to all the facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is kept immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time at Gran Princess Hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy everyday, great activities around the pool side. Fantastic food, the entertainments were so much fun. I wish there were more adults in general rather than senior citizens. Although it’s called a Princess Hotel adults only;)

Stayed here for 3 nights, my last stay here was 8 years ago. Food was very goid and plenty of choice, drinks were good, rum was only cheaper one, not Arehucas which is produced on the Island so a mark down for that and in the main entertainment bar, you have to put your own mixer in.. pool area always busy and overall it was worth the money u paid for all inclusive. Thanks

Supergood hotel in Playa d Ingles

Very very good hotel. Location, food, cleaning, pool area, service, "everything working" super good. Food is astonishing with a wide selection of different dishes. You can easily vary food between the days because of the wide selections. Really tasty as well. Pool area is magnificent - half of the pool heated to approx 30C and the rest approx 24-25C. Rooms are big and also balkongs are really big. In general one of the best hotels I spent vacation on - will easilly recommend it :-)

Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly. Food was varied and plentiful and the waiting staff were so attentive. Bus stop right outside the hotel with regular buses to Maspalomas and Mogan. Loads of bars and restaurants around the area. All inclusive drinks were of good enough quality that we never paid for any others. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Hotel A few things could be better Like using original labels alcohol, fresh orange juice should be free The better coffee’s are charged. The staff were excellent. Friendly and courteous. Food was very good A lovely selection every day . Good location. 10/15 mins walk to beach .

Property is great and near a lot of places to see and eat The only 2 negatives is lack of parking at hotel even though they say free parking but the parking is used by management not their paying customers who pay the managers. And 2 nd negative staff are a bit condescend towards customers and very rrigid to not listening to reason. Need better customer service training. May new management needed who do not park at hotel and poorly train staff. Ola

The room was clean and tidy. Staff work friendly and hard working. There was a good selection of food and drinks on the all inclusive. My only negative would be that the lifts were small and there always seemed to be one out of service, which meant waiting a while for them.
