Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was in good condition, although I don't think the bedsheets were changed once during my week's stay. Pool was excellent with a good number of sunbeds and umbrellas available.

Room was clean and comfortable. The swim up bar advertised on Expedia is a lie - this doesn’t exist. Laundry is available but what a faff, oh and it’s an extra 10 euros!! When I wanted to use it I had to wait for a technician as the machine was broken. After walking back and forth for most of the morning I was then able to use the machine. Rooms are advertised with coffee making facilities- correct but misleading. The coffee capsules are 1 euro each and they don’t replenish and sugar. Less than 5 mins away is a shop that sells capsules 10 for 3.5 euros.

Clean and spacious property, close walking distance to yumbo centre, restaurants. Nice swimming pool. Shame this property does not offer B&B or half board basis, had nice restaurant but a lot of guests go out to eat, food looked good but not cheap. If they were to offer bed and breakfast deals, or even dinner, more people would stay and eat in. Nespresso machine in the room which was brilliant but only first 4 capsules free and then you got to pay or bring your own, also no spoons, just wooden sticks. I think this property has so much potential. My stay was ok but it could’ve been so much better.

I have stayed at Sanom Beach before, so knew that I was returning to somewhere special. It's beautiful, the rooms are well-appointed, the shower is great, everything works well. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a little haven of tranquilty, but very close to the Yumbo Centre with its restaurants, bars, drag shows, and venues catering to the wilder side. The pool is great, and it never got too busy. There are two outdoor jacuzzis and a number of canopied double sun beds in white leather. The bar is stylish with a good range of excellent cocktails. There is even a gym. It's tiny, but enough. I was fortunate in that I had that place to myself on my visits, but I noticed three people managing to work out at the same time in it on the day I was leaving, and it saved me from the time and effort (and expense) of signing up for a week at one of the nearby gyms. I would definitely consider visiting again.

Great place

Lovely place close to everything. Nice pool (but cold in December) and plenty of sunbeds. Quiet and comfortable stay with the Yumbo centre just across the road and the beach within walking distance.
