"Excellent location! Walking distance from beautiful sites and great stores!! Breakfast was delicious and hotel room is spacious. Would highly recommend for those traveling to Lisbon!"

"The location of this hotel is good between old town and Alfama. But it's a bit run down and lacks amenities like coffee in the room. Allegedly, there was unlimited coffee in the tiny lobby, but there were never any coffee pods for the nespresso maker. Staff seemed mostly uninterested in my companion's stopped up sink. Nice quiet room though. And clean."

"The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location. As soon as you step outside, most of the major tourist attractions are within walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing. We stayed on the lower first floor, and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside. Closing the curtains did little to reduce the disturbance. The food at the restaurant was very good and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the service was somewhat inconsistent and could be hit or miss at times. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel’s location is exceptional, and we have no complaints on that front."

"They do an amazing job at making it pretty on pictures. But I was not impressed from The moment of the arrival. Lobby was super crowded. Bathrooms in the lobby were dirty, no toilet paper either only 1 stall had. If you’re going to advertise 5 star luxury it starts with cleanliness. After finally checking in I had to walk through so many hallways , take elevators and stairs with barely any signs while also carrying 2 luggage’s to finally get to my room which I was so disappointed in because it looked nothing like the pictures. The room was on the 1st level with a horrible street view. It felt very dark. There was also mold smell in the room. I’ve never had to complain in any hotel but I immediately walked back to reception to complain, which was not a short walk by the way. there’s way too many buildings, doors and hallways to get around this hotel. The guy at that reception was nice to quickly change my room, but to only go across the hallway. The 2nd room was a little better but still felt dark and there’s a weird smell in this hotel. For the price they charge per night I do not consider this a 5 star hotel. Maybe a 3 star."
