The hotel location is great, convenient to walk to many tourist places. The plaza inront of the hotel was very inviting. The staff are friendly and the hotel is well maintained. They shared some goodies to taste each day, a pleasant surprise. The view of the room overlooking the plaza was nice.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. First of all, the location is excellent. It is very close to the main attractions and also conveniently located near bus stops, which made getting around extremely easy. Secondly, the room was very clean and well maintained. The bedding and towels were quite new, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. All the staff members genuinely tried their best to make guests feel welcome and satisfied. Special thanks to Diana, who was incredibly helpful. She gave us clear information on where to buy bus tickets, showed us the location of the post office, and even helped us print some documents. Her kindness and professionalism really made a difference. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel has a fabulous location for a Lisbon stay. It is unique hotel with beautiful interiors, has exceptional dining options (breakfast was delicious!) and the staff that is extraordinarily helpful. We ate at the best spots with their recommendations provided by Diago and he went over and above finding out mass times for the Catholic Church on Sunday for us. We highly recommend this hotel ! It’s a great experience.

This was one of the best stays that I've had at a hotel anywhere in recent years. The staff were all extremely friendly. The breakfast is fabulous. The location cannot be beat since it's close to all the action and yet isolated enough to be quiet all day or night long. Highly recommended.
