"Overall stay was ok. Our room and kitchen area was a little outdated. The bedding and towels had minor stains. The plates and cups were chipped. On our last day before check out we went out to eat breakfast and all our towels were gone when we came back. We had to search for staff to bring us new towels. Staff service was really a hit or miss, some were good, some were not great. The pool was great and Beach very close by. For food it was a good variety. I did like that even though check out is at 12 you get to stay in the property and enjoy the food and amenities until 3."

"We arrived and the room has very soft beds. Some people love soft beds but we love super hard ones. We were moved to another room and it was perfect. Staff was so kind and helpful. We dealt by with Ambiorix, Carmine, Maria as nd as mother lovely young man. They were all so sweet, kind, helpful and accommodating. I’d return without hesitation. Even the young men who drove the golf cart to take us to the beach was awesome. Thank you Green One Staff for making our stay so pleasant."

"I, LIKE EVERITHING NICE AND QUIET VERY GOOD STAFF AND HOST IS EXCELLENT I, DINT LIKE THE PARKING PROCESS SOMETIMES WAS VERY DIFICULT TO PARK NEAR THE PLACE ALSO THAT WE DONT HAVE RESTAURANTS AVAILABLE TO USE FOR US EVEN WE PAY AOUT OF OUR POCKETS BUT SO FAR WAS WONDERFULL LOVE THE BALCONY AND SHOPPING NEARBY WAS GREAT"
