Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff at the front were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are quite large and were very clean. The location is superb, being only a short 3 to 4 minute walk to Essex Street. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay close to center of Salem, most everything easily walkable. Staff were helpful and attentive, communicated well. Only one thing I can comment on is the ice machine wasn't working and not able to see out of windows they had a permanent cover over them, could just be us but felt a little closed in. But overall great stay.

Staff upfront was great, housekeeping not so much. Ran out of toilet paper twice and they didn’t reset the room after we placed the reset please tag on the door. Room was great but it’s only upstairs, downstairs was other businesses which gave it a less than appeal to the atmosphere.
