a very clean and welcoming place to stay.friendly staff and great food

Lovely rural setting. Large room with separate TV area. Not luxurious but everything that’s needed including tea/coffee making gear. Clean and reasonable value for money. Breakfast was very good. We also had an outstanding dinner dining experience at the pub next door. A perfect pairing of the two establishments.

The hotel was wonderful, the food was superb and the staff were fantastic

5 days with good breakfast and cheery host. The only issue which is symptom of old stone buildings was nowhere to plug devices in. Finally found a power board under the bed. But minor issue.

Large room. Great parking. Loved the gardens around Hotel. Nicely presented. Liked that there was an option to eat at hotel.

Very welcoming hosts. Such a quaint spot. The breakfast was wholesome and hearty. The rooms are small but tastefully decorated.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. All you need with an excellent pub/restaurant below.

Great staff and brilliant location

Everything was excellent.

An attractive coaching Inn, full of character. Our room was nice but too cold and when we asked for extra bed covers or a thicker duvet, we were told the heating would be put on - it wasn’t. In the evening, I couldn’t get a hot shower but it was better in the morning. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the evening meal we had in the restaurant.

Good location, parking available on site, nice breakfast
