"Room was clean and well kept up. Filtered water at the hydration station was clean and drinkable. Room coffee was replenished each day. Location was convenient but quiet enough to sleep well."

"The location is great and the courtyard is lovely and very quiet. Our room was very nice and roomy. Be aware that parking is either in the public lot across the street or at another hotel a few blocks away. For safety of our vehicle we chose the hotel location, it was a short walk and not a problem to get back into our vehicle when needed. Would definitely stay there again"

"Room was clean - Because of the location of the hotel, you can walk everywhere. Condensation builds up in the bathroom when showering and drips everywhere- the ceiling had soft spots (the build up over the years). You will definitely need a towel on the floor and the shower curtain is thin, so you will need to monitor as to prevent the water from wetting the toilet, etc. Overall, our stay was good. We’d stay again. Convenience was what we needed and this hotel provided that for us."

"Excellent location in French quarter on Bourbon street. Very nice room with great view from Balcony. Had a great time crowd watching and throwing beads was fun. Only dislike was that the water pressure was low in shower. Wife had hard time rinsing hair. "

Being an asthmatic I couldn't deal with it so I waited until the long check-in lines died down and asked management if we had put in a smoking room by mistake. We were told all our rooms were non-smoking and she immediately moved us to another room. I was so grateful. Also, watch your checkout bill because we were charged for buying something in the pantry and we didn’t visit the pantry. The charges were removed. "
