Typical Hilton hotel but it’s a new hotel. Great breakfast. Beds are firm but got a good night sleep.

I liked the stay it was very nice and clean, breakfast was fresh and very good with many options. Staff was pretty pleasant. One complaint is the room didn’t have a fridge, Complimentary drinks. It had a hot water boiler to drink coffee or tea but that was it.

Good one night stay
Checking in was easy and quick. Hotel location was pretty good too, about 20 minutes driving distance to airport. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Over all it was a good one night stay.

There was only one member of staff that was helpful. We needed some help about visiting the main tower and a night team member of staff was very rude to us he told us that he needs to get his work done before 10.30 pm and he was having a ok day before he saw us! Extremely rude and strange behaviour, The room was unclean the floor had the same split soap for 3 days and the last day I found a towel with hair in it

The property is good for a short stay. The Breakfast was good enough, but repetitive. There is no drinking water or toilet accessories in the bathroom room. Very close to the East railway station which is super convenient. No McDonald's close by though. There is Aldi at walkable distance. The staffs were excellent. Would definitely come back.

Professional courteous staff
This is a new hotel.front desk was very friendly , nice and professional.want to single out Paul at the front desk for superb service.U6 subway is 50 meters.REWE supermarket is about 150 meters.will definitely stay again in Frankfurt.breakfast was fantastic.

Stayed at Hampton Frankfurt for IMEX Travel Fair. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Midian the Albanian receptionist. Location is great with underground station next door and can visit Old part of Frankfurt in just under 9 mins. Will definitely be back.

Amazing and most memorable stay. We stayed here with family and friends for a celebration. GM Mohit and entire staff went out of their way to make our celebration and stay comfortable and memorable . Food by Chef Virendra was very good. The property is stunning and was just perfect to make our celebration even more successful. Pictures are amazing.
