"I was visiting a friend in Gaeta. I stayed for a week. I am from the US. Get the ocean view with a balcony. The view is great. I usually stay in Hiltons and Marriotts. This is comparable, with a few very minor exceptions. No waste can in bedroom only in bathroom. Furniture slightly more worn, not bad though, at all. The staff were very good. "The place itself is a gem and huge, with all sorts of facilities. Unfortunately it's located in a rough area of the Campania region. Staff is ok. There is plenty of opportunity either to just relax and sunbath or to do sports (from riding a bike to water activities). The night pool is a treat. Extras include a sauna, a resort.
