"The room was very dirty and full of dust when we arrived. The lady at the reception was unnecessarily aggresive, rolling her eyes when we asked her any questions and made us feel very uneasy. She was completely unapproachable and did not welcome any questions. We stayed four nights and no cleaner turned up at all.
