The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered plenty of space for our family to relax comfortably. The private pool was a highlight—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy.Vincenzo and Tony were outstanding—very responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.Overall, this villa offered the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. "Wonderful spot with a breathtaking view on the lago Patria lake. 15 minutes from Naples (Pozzuoli) and 5 minutes away from a wide choice of lidos beaches. The room and the place were extremely clean. Every member of the staff was indeed helpful and kind: the hotel is apparently run by the same family since 1965. Excellent service at the bar (basically a lake view solarium) with plenty of free welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival. The stay was lovely. Very easy and safe parking. Very good breakfast, which was included. I must say it's a highly recommendable hidden gem. Dr Max Lanzaro "

"This listing should not be on VRBO... everything from the get go was terrible. We were promises a luxurious sea front property but the whole area is dirty and falling apart. Impossible to park. We looked at the place and turned around. Owner apologized and promised us a refund but have not gotten anything a week later. The building is in chambles. The whole area is a ghetto... We got pulled over by the police who were wounderong why foreign tourists were in the area. This is a scam. No way this place has a Réal 9.4/10 on over 100 reviews. Do not book this property."

"Convenience of location to the NATO facility there. The breakfast is good. Rooms are sparse and dated, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to make the stay great. If you are looking for a Four Seasons type experience, this is not it, but for a place to stay that has a staff (very small) but always inquiring as to what they can do to make your stay better - highly recommend. The area takes a bit of walking to get too things and it’s not a really developed city, but you can always find some great food. I’d go back."
