"Wonderful spot with a breathtaking view on the lago Patria lake. 15 minutes from Naples (Pozzuoli) and 5 minutes away from a wide choice of lidos beaches. The room and the place were extremely clean. Every member of the staff was indeed helpful and kind: the hotel is apparently run by the same family since 1965. Excellent service at the bar (basically a lake view solarium) with plenty of free welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival. The stay was lovely. Very easy and safe parking. Very good breakfast, which was included. I must say it's a highly recommendable hidden gem. Dr Max Lanzaro "

"This listing should not be on VRBO... everything from the get go was terrible. We were promises a luxurious sea front property but the whole area is dirty and falling apart. Impossible to park. We looked at the place and turned around. Owner apologized and promised us a refund but have not gotten anything a week later. The building is in chambles. The whole area is a ghetto... We got pulled over by the police who were wounderong why foreign tourists were in the area. This is a scam. No way this place has a Réal 9.4/10 on over 100 reviews. Do not book this property."
