"The property, advertised as luxurious, falls short of that standard. The sofa is heavily worn, and only one television functions properly. The rusty old refrigerator in the kitchen gives the impression that the owner lacks pride in maintaining the rental. The water pressure is extremely low, with any tap usage causing a significant drop in the shower's pressure. The hot tub, which is out of service, is in such an unsanitary state that it raises serious concerns, and its door is damaged. Exposed...

"We enjoyed a lot the property. Immersed in the green it is very well equipped. Owners are very welcoming and they are attentive in making sure we enjoyed our stay. No noise from neighbouring properties, it was a smal paradise!"

"Nicely situated on the beach. The city of Mondragone is far from everything, you need a car or take the train to Napoli. Nothing much around the area as stores or restaurants. The owner switched us to the Mariis house, which I think is much nicer than the Gaudii. The gardens are very nice and peaceful. The beds are very very hard, not use to that. A microwave would be a nice addition. It rained the whole time we were there so it does not help. The owners are very nice people."
