Holiday Home Neverending Sea: apartment with sea view in the center of Salerno

Holiday Home Neverending Sea is located on the fifth floor (with elevator) of an elegant building in the center of Salerno, with a large balcony overlooking the sea.
From here you can easily reach on foot the most beautiful beaches of the city, the main course, the typical restaurants of Salerno and the shopping streets.
The location is strategic to visit the whole of Campania because the apartment is only 15 minutes walk from the marina (where the ferries to the Amalfi Coast are) and from the train station (from where you can easily reach Pompeii, Naples, Ercolano) and Paestum).
FREE PARKING on the road below the house.
During the Christmas period, the building is immersed in the magic of Luci d'Artista.

What makes this holiday home special is the large sea-view balcony where you can appreciate the scents and colors of the South.

Finally, the location is perfect even for sports lovers. In fact just 1 minute there are:

- a beautiful structure of tennis courts, built on a terrace overlooking the sea and surrounded by a beautiful garden;

- a skating rink with a 115 meter long and 9 wide skating rink that develops around a regulation-sized hockey field;

-a seafront with views of the Amalfi coast where jogging.

For children only 1 minute walk is available a playground with various rides and electric train.

The price does not include the city tax for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights:
- € 1.50 per night per person in October, November, December and January;
- € 1.00 per night per person for all other months.

Children younger than 12 do not pay the tourist tax.

The host, Pasquale, was amazing: excellent pre-arrival communication, meeting us day of our arrival to personally check us in, tips/tricks for getting around during our visit, daily check-ins to make sure we had everything we needed - I can't say enough Good things about Pasquale! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this large, clean, comfortable apartment. Lovely view from the balcony, easy walking to local restaurants and to the historic center, where we loved the Luci d'Artista festivities. I have never had a VRBO host as attentive and helpful as Pasquale! From restaurant and outing recommendations to taxi reservations, he did more than many hotel concierges. And the recommendations were excellent. All I can say is, just do whatever Pasquale says and you will have a wonderful vacation!

The apartment was beautifully maintained and the owner could not have been more helpfull advising us how to navigate the area transportation. The location of the property allowed us to walk to the harbor for excursions as well as to the bus and train terminals. Great host -great apartment

We stayed here for 7 weeks. The apartment was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Pasquale is a very good host and went out of his way to make sure everything was fine. The location is an easy walk to the train station, ferry, and bus stop. It was also close to restaurants, a grocery store, outdoor market, and bakeries. I would definitely stay here again.

Family weekend to the Amalfi Coast

Our stay in Salerno was amazing! Pasquale was a fabulous host, he met us to check in, showed us all of the in’s and out’s of the property. Gave great meal & activity recommendations (take his advice on the pasta restaurant - you won’t regret it!). The location was great, with sea views come the deck(which is why I chose the property). We had our two 21 year old sons with us, so a family of 4 adults and the apartment was perfectly sized for us. You will not regret a stay at this holiday home!

Beautiful Salerno

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The location was perfect for exploring the Amalfi coast. We took the bus to Amalfi and Ravello and returned to Salerno by ferry. The scenery was stunning. The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Pasquale did a fabulous job looking after everything. He is the best host we have experienced. The old town of Salerno is a great spot to enjoy the numerous Italian cafes and restaurants. The Prunus Sushi restaurant near the apartment is another gem. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Quiet ocean view apartment

Pasquale met us at the property and had literature for things to do in the area in multiple languages. He got our contact info and checked up on us throughout our stay to make sure that we were having a great time. The apartment building has an elevator to be able to bring all our heavy bags up which was real nice after a long trip. You can walk across the street and get what you need at the supermarket. It was only a short walk to the train station and shopping area with a lot of high-end stores.

Beautifully appointed upgraded apartment true to the VRBO description and photos, with a large living area, two big bathrooms, nice bedrooms with storage, and a well-stocked kitchen. Cleanest apartment we have ever rented. Spectacular customer service and support from the owner, Pasquale. Excellent location on a quiet street with free street parking. Ideally situated making touring easy to drive, take a ferry, bus, or train. Cafes, bank, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and a grocery store just around the corner. We selected Salerno because of the central location to travel to the Amalfi Coast & Capri (by ferry), Pompeii, Herculaneum (by train), and Paestum (by car). We will absolutely return to this apartment.

My daughter, granddaughter, and I stayed at Pasquale’s property for two nights. Pasquale was the most helpful and responsive VRB host we had ever encountered. Pasquale always answered my pre-visit texts within minutes and provided very helpful information and resources to enhance our stay in Salerno. The accommodations were very clean and centrally located to walk to restaurants and the waterfront. On the day of our arrival by train from Naples, Pasquale met us at the train station to assist us with our luggage, since a marathon in Salerno had closed the streets. I cannot emphasize enough how kind and accommodating Pasquale was in making our stay in Salerno one of the highlights of our visit to southern Italy.

Great Host and Property

After a long day in the air and on the train from the US, we made it to Salerno, and after a short walk from the train station we were met outside the apartment by our host Pasquale. He knew to wait for us, since we kept in timely contact updating Pasquale during our trip, and he responding quickly/timely letting us know he was ready to greet us whenever we arrived to Salerno. Needless to say, Pasquale is a great host. The property is exactly as described on line. It is clean, and ready for guests. The location is 15 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from the ferry terminal for easy access to Amalfi. The grocery store and pharmacy are a couple of blocks walk away. I would recommend this property for a relaxing stay in Salerno, with easy access to transportation, and personal needs.

Amazing place in Salerno and Amalfi coast

First thing to say about this place is the host, Pasquale, was the most helpful and communicative host I have ever had. The Vrbo was very clean and well maintained with a cool view of the ocean from its patio. Pasquale was very helpful to us throughout our whole stay. Located within walking distance (we like walking) to “old town” Salerno and the Salerno Duomo Cathedral which both were one of the favorite parts of our trip. Salerno had great shopping, restaurants, and service while seeming less busy and expensive than the typical Amalfi towns like Positano. Then you can walk to the Ferries that will take you to the beautiful towns on the Amalfi coast. Pasquale gave us advice to Ferry to Amalfi then bus up to Rivella which has to be one of the most beautiful views in the world. You can also do a 35 minute train ride from Salerno to Pompeii. We really ended up loving the town of Salerno though. It felt less busy while the people there seemed friendlier. And Pasquale couldn’t have been nicer to us. Also had some of our best meals right there even though we were visiting multiple Amalfi coast towns.

Best Stay Ever ..... Best Property Manager Ever!

Yes, we went to Italy ..... Yes, it's expected to be great. We've been a VRBO member for a substantial amount of years (I forget how many). Pasquale, the property manager totally has outshone anyone and everyone that we've ever dealt with. This is not a slight to any others, it's just that this is how good Pasquale was. Pasquale met us at the apartment, even though we were over 5 hours late due to flights running late. This was no problem for Pasquale and set the stage for how the following week would be. We loved sitting on the balcony sipping coffee in the morning, staring out to the sea. One of my favorite things was to hear the church bells go off, and then the local dogs start singing with them until they were finished. Truly a great experience. Pasquale's apartment was everything that it was promised to be, and more, but Pasquale over delivered. I had read numerous reviews in selecting this property. It comes down to Pasquale being true to his word and not over-promising and then under-delivering. This man is nothing short of amazing. Come for the experience ..... Leave with a friendship.

Communication leading up to our stay was great. Pasquale greeted us upon arrival and gave great recommendations for both restaurants and things to do!
