"Staff was VERY unfriendly and uncooperative. Checking was supposed to be at 2 pm. We have to wait until 4pm. "This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The views, the staff and food were a 10/10. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. They were super accommodating we had an early flight and had a driver come (they set that up for us), they gave us breakfast and put it in a bag to go and everything.The food was top tier we had the best meals from the hotel throughout our whole Italy trip."

We were on our honeymoon and they made it memorable and feel like home for the 3 days we were there. I will recommend this hotel and the town of Praiano to anyone looking at the Amalfi Coast. They even gave us an ornament when we left and it warm my heart so much because we collect ornaments for everywhere we visit. 🤗❤️ We will be back one day!!"
