"The location is within walking distance from the train and many of the sights of Salerno. It's on the main walking street of the town. And it is a few streets away from the waterfront walkway so it's walking distance to the ferry.There are many restaurants in the area. There is no lift to the third floor but the stairway wide and not steep. So the climb isn't too difficult. Davide is a frendly host. He was waiting for us when we arrived and was there for breakfast in the morning. He responded to texts quickly. The room was clean and the shower had lots of hot water. "

"Vega was very courteous and response during our communications via WhatsApp. She accommodated us by holding our luggage until it was time to get to our train on check out day. "Nothing more could be asked of our host Luciana and Nora, who received us on our initial arrival. The rooms and breakfast area are finished in an inspired manner and tasteful. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. As would be seen in other reviews, it is a historic palazzo, there are renovations on going in the building, but not once did this distracted from our visit. The hotel space is completely finished. What an amazing find on the waterfront promenade, our host full of suggestions for local and regional activities and meals. Bellisso! "

"This was our PERFECT Salerno “launch pad” for the Amalfi Coast vacation. The train from Naples took us to the historic Salerno rail center and even with two rollable bags, the walk to The Holiday Guesthouse was an easy and mostly flat 12-minutes. Easy instructions from Superhost Angela and we were in. Clean, very modern design and fixtures and great queen bed. The next morning Angela prepared a wonderful breakfast and assisted us greatly in the equally short walk to the Ferry dock for the stunning cruise to majestic and historical Amalfi. We could not be more happy travelers. 5-stars all the way. Bravo!"
