Every things was great!! Staff was awesome but would’ve wish they aired out the room before we got there. There was a weird smell at the being and we’ve meet little bug friends. Nothing too major just.

Wife saw a roach in the ladies bathroom on first floor. Also toast wasn’t working properly. There a noise that sound like a airplane taking oof and lasted for 2 1/2 hours.

I spotted a bed bug in my room. The room had an unpleasant smell, the air conditioner makes so much noise and you can hear everything that goes on outside of the room. Didnt feel safe, was on the first floor and there was a truck parked next to my window. Was up through out the night. Didn’t get much sleep. Oh yeah and the toilet was clogged up. I will NEVER book there again and if someone mentions that hotel to me I will tell them my experience. 0 out of 10

The young lady at check in was really nice and attentive. If I could give her 5 stars I would. But, our rooms were not clean at all. Bathroom was dirty and toilet paper had not been replaced after previous room tenants. Floor in the bathroom was lifting from possible water damage, baseboard was detached in bathroom area, the hotel room had roaches as well.

The stay started out good but information was was not passed or understood such as needing a room close to exit as my husband isn’t able to walk far but-yes we were given a room near an exit but we were not told how far it was to the room or that we could park closely. There weren’t enough trash cans out side the property or ashtrays which led to unnecessary trash being left on the property when simple cans near exits would have eliminated the trash. I could go on and on but I feel these were simple fixes and my rating would have been higher.

Very disappointed. Roaches in the bathroom. The refrigerator didn't work well and was very unstable. Every time you opened it felt like it was going to tip over. The lamp was also unstable and felt like it would fall over. The sliding glass door wouldn't open. Lastly, the room was so hot and took a long time to cool off. Avoid staying at this hotel.

Staff is great and very helpful. Smells good throughout and very clean, especially the rooms. Rooms are great and cozy. Convenient location off a main highway and no parking issues at all. Parking lot stays lit and also parking lot cameras. This will be my go to hotel in Ft.Worth area. Highly recommend.
