"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room’s air conditioning system was turned off, and the only solution offered to help me sleep was a standing fan. The room felt extremely warm throughout my stay, even after I reported the issue several times. According to the staff, they “turn off” the air conditioning system when the outside temperature is low. Unfortunately, that policy did not work at all in this case. I would never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone."
