"As a U.S. citizen and non-Japanese speaker, it was difficult to fully communicate with the desk staff in spite of the hotel advertizing as having English speakers. Thank goodness for Google translate! My room was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The location is also excellent: just steps away from access to the Sapporo subway system; a short walk to Odori Park and a very short walk to a massive mall."

"Superb staff and very nice hotel! Accessible location to any major parts of Central Sapporo including Odori Park, Nijo Market, and Tanukikoji. The best part is the room has a laundry machine which is super convenient! Overall definitely recommend it and would stay again! 😁"
