"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. Arriving from Australia there was some complexity in regards to accessing the password and details which was difficult due to legal and technology issues however great stay and enjoyable for our time in Japan we will return hopefully next year "
