"Bad sofa bed. We had explicitly asked for extra bed while booking. They didnt arrange this. The sofa bed was unusable. One can feel the springs sleeping on it. When we told the front desk, he gave us a cold shoulder that no more beds were available. Other person had to sleep on the floor. Very bad experience"
