The B&B is in an excellent location in the Daintree very close to the ferry and easy to get to with a rental car. We were greeted upon arrival and given a lovely tour of the B&B. The host was very kind and eager to help us with directions and local recommendations in the Daintree area. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and catered to dietary restrictions. We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the front of the property as the sun went down and the sounds of the rainforest came to life. It is very much an eco B&B with rain water for drinking and limited electricity (dim indoor lighting, ask for boiling water, no hair dryer, etc…) I would recommend staying for at least one night to experience the Daintree!

Charmaine & Rob were fantastic hosts. Our family of 4 stayed in 2 rooms. Breakfast was delicious! Beautiful views and very relaxing...wished we stayed another night. Charmaine provided us a local map and a recommended itinerary of what we could visit in the time we had which was perfect. Rob sold us a bottle of Alligator? bug spray - I think a neighbor make this to protect us from midgey bites in the rain forest. Would hightly recommend this place!

Ideal for a stay in the Daintree area
Friendly hosts. We found property a little hard to find as our GPS had us going somewhere else but once checked in found our way back. Need a car if wanting to dine at a restaurant. House on beautiful grounds. Very peaceful.

Daintree Manor was a stunning property which certainly encouraged us to "experience tranquility". Hosts Robbie and Charmaine (and the dogs Socks and Gus) were very welcoming and the accomodation was beautifully presented. Breakfast was absolutely superb. Would definately recommend for anyone visiting the Daintree area.

Excellent rain forest stay in delightful B&B
Lovely B and B retreat in the Daintree First. First class hosts and ofcourse Socks and Gus always on hand to have doggy pats and walk in the garden keen to show you the nooks and crannies. Very laid back atmosphere. Shared breakfast table (it's big) with other guests and we had lovely young couples to chat to. Great breakfast and overall beautiful stay. Thanks Robbie and Charmaine. Despite the last few years with the pantemic you have done great.

Just lovely
Had a lovely stay at this B&B! The grounds are gorgeous and the folks who run it couldn't be kinder. They were welcoming and gave me great recommendations for my time in the Daintree. The bed was comfortable and the place had all the basic amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious and the pups that come with the place were an extra treat.

Magnificent location, steep entrance washed out by heavy May rains but will now have been totally fixed! *In fact, a week after our booking). Lovely, knowledgeable hosts, Charmaine and Robbie, and great, adventurous fellow guests.

Absolutely fantastic property and the hosts are wonderful. This is an off the grid property so be prepared for no TV's in rooms and no A/C. Breakfast was lovely. Location is fantastic and right in the heart of nature.

Outstanding B&B in the rainforest
We loved our stay at Daintree Manor, a place to experience tranquility indeed. Robbie and Charmaine are welcoming and friendly hosts. Our bedroom was lovely with a comfortable bed. Breakfast cooked by Robbie was delicious. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous wide verandahs and period furniture and bedroom. Lush tropical garden on all sides. Butterflies. Sumptious breakfast and plenty of stories by Rob. Could have stayed for days. Inspiration abounded with morning birdsong immersing us in heavenly sounds. And the milky way as clear as day.

The extra mile
What a beautiful place to stay! The location right close to the ferry makes it very easy to access both upper and lower Daintree and Cape Tribulation. The hosts were very welcoming and provided a fantastic experience for us. Breakfast was exquisite every morning. Definitely went the extra mile compared with other B&B experiences.

Quiet and Relaxing
It is located near the Ferry on the Cape Tribulation side of the river. It is easy to find. The view from the veranda is perfect for happy hour. Breakfast was made using their free range eggs. Great base for exploring the cape. A real treat was hearing their dog sing to the jeep song.

Wow! What an amazing place, with absolutely fantastic hosts for whom nothing at all was too much trouble and who went out of their way not only to make amazing breakfasts for us, catering to all our dietary requirements, but to also make our 4 days there the best during our entire time travelling through northern Queensland. The place itself is spotless in presentation, comfortable, has incredible views, and is very well situated to explore the Daintree region. Highly recommended. (Thanks Rob and Charmaine for being brilliant hosts.)

The view you see on the promotional page is the view you see from the verandah. All rooms are upstairs in a huge pole-built house, beautifully maintained throughout. Timber floors and imaginative timber décor. Verandah access to all rooms. Large guest sitting room with coffee etc facilities and fireplace. Hosts on-sire. restaurant standard food. Dining on the verandah. Set in the middle of forest but easy access soon after the ferry. Hosts happy to escort you on tour of gardens and orchards. Dog and cats live on the premises. A real gem of a place.
