"Room was clean, friendly staff. Unfortunately the plumbing was terrible. The toilet made a loud sound every time we flushed. We heard neighbors and above guests showering and flushing the toilet. I’m sure they heard us too. We were on the 7th floor. Hotel bed was comfortable but the furniture it self and rooms need major updates "

"Room was immaculate, staff was great and they have a breakfast buffet. What else could you want? Well, if I’m being honest, it would’ve been cool if someone hadn’t tried to break into our truck while we were at Disneyland (our truck remained in the hotel parking lot), but I can’t hold the hotel responsible as it’s located on probably the busiest street in Anaheim and there is no onsite security. All in all, our experience was good, and the room was surprisingly affordable considering the proximity to Disneyland. Would stay again. Pro tip: Skip the walk AND the Disney shuttle and hop on the OCTA 43. It comes by every 15 minutes or so. It’s $2 for adults, kids are free, and it will drop you off right in front of the park. You’ll save a ton of time and there are far less people to contend with. "

"This was a nice newer hotel close to Disneyland. You can walk over there from there. They did charge you a lot for the parking and they triple charged me for parking so don’t get a parking ticket every time you drive into the lot or they will charge you for it and so I got charged for four days of parking, but I only stayed overnight one night and was only parking for one day. We got there early earlier than check-in and we were able to park and then go over to Disney. We left at 6 AM the next day, but I got charged for four days of parking $35 a day , they had no valet parking options here which you usually get at Hilton’s, not a big deal but for $35 a night maybe offer valet , that was the only negative about this property.. It was a very basic hotel. We didn’t have time to use the pool. I’m not sure how heated it was, but the pool area looked nice. It wasn’t as nice as some of the other Disneyland resorts if you’re going for a resort style setting this is not it but if you just want a basic hotel that is nice and clean it’s a newer hotel and so it’s not run down yet. The beds were comfortable The room wasn’t huge, but it wasn’t the smallest room either and the convenience to Disneyland was great."

"Had to change rooms twice within an hour. A/C didn’t work, thermostat was set to 65 but wouldn’t get lower than 75 and hotel did nothing about it for 4 days, 2nd room sink just randomly started overflowing with no water running. We finally changed rooms at 11pm just to change again at 11:45pm that same night. Very little communication from their staff as all we kept getting told was we will have someone come look at it and the one maintenance man who actually did come verified no one came during the day. Loved sleeping in a 75 degree room in California when it was already warm outside. "

"Overall we had a pleasant stay here. My little one had a blast at the water park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, beds were comfy. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom has a motion sensor light that would sometimes turn off if there was no movement. I had it turn off on me while in the shower. It's about a ten minute walk from Disneyland which was also convenient. We would definitely come back and recommend this property."
