"Citizen M is a great option if you are flying out of CDG. The bed was comfortable and the shower was the best I experienced in France. The check in was a bit chaotic due to it being a self check in and some customers being a bit confused by the process… the staff tried to assist but they were a bit swamped. I would stay there again."

"The recent poor reviews of the property speak volumes to the lack of awareness of certain travelers who post reviews. YES, the hotel has free shuttle--it's called CDG VAL and it connects all the terminals and Parking Structures at CDG. "This is a good hotel as the staff are warm , friendly and professional. The hotel is inviting and looks nice , very friendly for kids and pets. The rooms are standard but nice and clean. It is very good for connecting to Disneyland as you can catch a train outside the hotel in ten minutes (the fast train, which is excellent). Also the free airport shuttle to take you to your hotel only takes 4 mins. The kids menu inside the hotel restaurant is great with spaghetti bolognaise being the best…...
