"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "First of all, the service was incredible. Prompt, friendly and kind, went above and beyond for everyone. Its quite the vibe of a hotel! The lounge was made to actually be used by the guests! Great seating with an amazing bartender. Food was excellent, room was perfect and I loved that i could use my phone as a remote for the air, lights and tv. Also an opyion to choose the mood for the room, which adjusted the lights and added some music. "

"Amazing modern hotel at a very location. Close to restaurants, shopping and tourist place. Gare de lyon station is walking distance. The rooms was very modern with digital controls. Stgf was very nicr and helpful. You can see eiffel tower from the 16 th floor. Have good bar and restaurant. Would definitely stau again.
