I stayed overnight here arriving from Cancun, Mexico at La Guardia Airport in the evening and too late for any trains that goes to New Haven, Connecticut. Staff: Great service with a smile. Despite that the place is Chinese clients oriented, they are very nice, helpful and friendly to non- Chinese background like me. Also I was upgraded to a king bed in the first floor because the lady from reception said they ran out of queen bed, which turned out to be more spacious. Location: Very close to...

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We travel often and have stayed in many 3- and 4-star hotels, and this one truly deserves to be upgraded to 4 stars. The staff were always friendly, professional, and caring. Our room was cleaned daily, and everyone—from housekeeping to reception—greeted us with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Excellent location, so close to grand central and walkable to lots of attractions. The first room I was in was very noisy because of either the main street or ventilation, but the staff was so helpful and changed the room for me. Room is not so spacious but way more enough for a solo traveller. Clean and comfortable. They also have free walking tours available which is good. I’ll stay in pod 39 again if I come back :)
