Hotel staff were excellent. Room was small with a double size bed. Little small for two people. Loved the water station on each floor. Love how close to all the attractions and subway lines.

I love the location of the property. It's just a few minutes walk to the heart of Times Square and the subway. It was surprisingly quiet. There was a loud car twice at night. But the hotel was super quiet. They had happy hour so that was nice. They brought towels and toilet paper very fast since we didn't want our room serviced. The staff seemed like they enjoyed working there.

Very professional staff. Handled our bags while we spent the day visiting New York before our official check in. Coffee, water, and seltzer water available 24 hours a day. Nice lounge area. Highly recommend. Our only complaint is that the fan in the bathroom did not work.
