The hotel room was clean and the location was very central to the tourist attractions that we visited within 2 days. I love that it's in the heart of the city. Check-in had a very long line, especially because the mobile key option was disabled. The elevators took a long time. There could be more food options on-site and it would be nice if they were offered at more economical prices. We didnt have the opportunity to use the resort credit offered for food because of limited options and extremely busy lines. The staff was friendly for the most part. There were a few inconsistencies and its hard to speak with a front desk representative. The overall hotel experience was great for my family with teenagers. I'd come back again during a non-peak season, outside of the holidays.

The room was spotless, all the staff were helpful and courteous. Madison the manager went out of her way to accommodate us when there was a small maintenance issue which meant we were not able to stay in the room we had booked. She was very helpful and found us a delightful accommodation, making the 5 day stay a warm and welcoming experience. I will be booking here again.

The hotel ran out of blankets, so our kids that had to sleep on rollaway beds in 2 rooms- did not have blankets. The hotel gave us towels. We were very disappointed- especially when we paid for 2 rooms for 4 nights.
