Orlando Flights

Though most people think of such destinations as Universal Studios and Disney World when they think of Orlando, this city is actually home to numerous other exciting attractions.
For example, this location houses the stunning Arboretum at the University of Central Florida, the fascinating Cornell Fine Arts Museum, and the entertaining Enzian Theatre. Considering that whole families of tourists come to visit year round, it is important to plan ahead in order to get cheap flights to Orlando.

Best time to go to Orlando

Peak Season:

The extensive peak season in Orlando begins in late December, carries over into March and April, then ends officially in mid-May to August. Accommodation and flights to the city can be very expensive, so you should book far in advance if you want to visit the popular theme parks like SeaWorld, or the lesser known attractions like Gatorland, the Florida EcoSafaris, or the Orlando Watersports Complex.

Shoulder Season:

Orlando's shoulder season falls from late May to early September. Though visitors tend to thin during these periods, the weather is still warm and mild. Because there are fewer crowds, this is an excellent time to play at Lake Eola, go for a trail ride at nearby Horse World, or see a performance at the Goldman Theater.

Off Season:

From late September and early December, then again in January and February, Orlando sees its shoulder season. The weather during these months is chillier than usual, but do not let this keep you from visiting. With the lack of crowds and an abundance of activity, this is a wonderful time to do some shopping at the Mall at Millenia, see the unusual exhibits at Ripley's Believe It or Not, or mingle with the locals at the Globe cafe.
