"I was very comfortable staying here just up the road from Flagstaff for their graduation this past weekend. The rooms are more recently renovated with some wear and tear, but that’s to be expected. I like having the free breakfast that’s so convenient for me since I was meeting up with friends staying at another location. I highly recommend this roadside hotel for its friendly service and casual comfort."

"Very nice for an older property. Rooms were quite clean and well maintained, did not hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. It is pretty close to Milton Ave, which is one of the main traffic roads in Flagstaff. Setting up the fan to run at night drowned out much of the traffic noise. Fan in the bathroom did run kind of loud; we did not use the light in the bathroom much due to fear of disturbing the neighboring room."
