"Debbie and Mark, the owners, are exceptional. Their attention to detail from the room appointments (robes and slippers), amenities (free water, coffee, tea, snacks) to comfort in the public areas, was above and beyond. We had dinner there one night, 2 breakfasts and they even made us a picnic to have at the Grand Canyon. All the food was delicious, gourmet and met our dietary restrictions. Such a calm, friendly and warm place to stay. Highly recommend!"

"The room was clean and a decent size, staff was very friendly and helpful. The issues I had; [1]the coffee maker was broken so I had to go outside to the lobby each time I wanted a cup. [2] the shower didn't have a mat in the tub and was very slippery. [3] the body wash dispenser {they don't have bar soap} was empty so to shower I had to get wet and shuffle out to the sink area, lather up and shuffle back to the shower to rinse off."
