"My family and I really enjoyed this gorgeous condo. The resort does not have its own pool, but you get access to an athletic club across the street. The pool, hot tub, gym, slide, restaurant was really neat. Unfortunately for us, a large group of rude tourists came in yelling and knocking chairs and screaming in our ears and just carrying on like they owned the place and everyone else was in the way. We didn’t go back."

"We stayed at the Nene Nest in July 2026 and absolutely LOVED it! Some of the highlights:* The clean plates, cups, utensils, cooking supplies - the kitchen was well appointed and these items were nice and in great condition.* The air conditioning systems in the bedrooms were clutch!* We loved the outdoor shower and the lanai for our morning coffee and evening dinners.* The wonderful location and walks across the street for beautiful sunsets.* The amazing customer service!* The attention to detail.Everything was great and we felt so blessed to have such a lovely place to stay and enjoy the beauty and culture of Kauai. THANK YOU SO MUCH!"

"The villa was spectacular, with beautiful views and doors on one wall that slide open to the lanai area The pool has a sand bottom and has a lagoon /like feel, with waterfalls, Infiniti pool and coves, landscaped beautifully."

"Super cute home and beautiful property. Owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend and stay again. We loved the back porch, having a private pool and the view. Notes to future renters…The front door lock is tricky. Lock from inside and turn handle to see if the latch doesn’t retract. Reviews that say the beach is 15 minute WALK, are not accurate. The quickest beach is about 25 minutes at brisk pace. There are several beach options in about a 10 minute drive. (Owners listing is accurate for proximity) Location is great, shopping and coffee/restaurants about 20 minute walk away. Lots of shops and food in 10 minute drive radius."

"This was a perfect place to stay. Everything we needed was there, the location was great and the house was clean. Having access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was a great perk! The only thing other members of our family mentioned was that the beds were very springy and weren’t the most comfortable beds. Other than that, we loved the place!"
