"The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and check out late to meet our flight needs. The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be amazing when they finish. Despite the current construction, the staff made the stay worth it. I also love this location in London. Nearby tube access makes any siteseeing close, but this neighborhood is quiet and chill. "

"Very quick check in was able to get the room around 1:00 PM where we had just disembarked from a cruise in south Hampton early that morning. The receptionist a young lady was so very kind and helpful where I could see she was a little overwhelmed with everybody checking out and checking in, yet she seemed to hold up quite remarkably with everything. Restuarant and bar service was excellent with the waiters & waitress, top notch. The food was very, very good, we enjoyed both lunch and dinner while staying at the property.
