Great hotel. Staff very friendly. I required to extend my stay and the staff sorted it out in a flash. I would fully recommend it to anyone. Price is reasonable also. Cleaners take pride in their role and all areas are clean. Only negative and minor WiFi drops in and out. But let this negative out way the positives. Fully recommend

Super attentive and friendly staff all round, especially the manager Alberto who goes above and beyond to ensure guests are looked after like family. Room facilities excellent, and most importantly comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Pool is a bonus and location spot-on!!

Perfect location for JFCNP meetings.

As usual a nice stay with extremely nice hotel personnel. It is the ideal location for everyone going for shorter or longer events at JFCNP. Free parking but also only 12 min walk from the HQ. The hotel helps with airport transfer - fast and secure.

Convenience of location to the NATO facility there. The breakfast is good. Rooms are sparse and dated, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to make the stay great. If you are looking for a Four Seasons type experience, this is not it, but for a place to stay that has a staff (very small) but always inquiring as to what they can do to make your stay better - highly recommend. The area takes a bit of walking to get too things and it’s not a really developed city, but you can always find some great food. I’d go back.

Like being part of a family

I was at the hotel from Monday to Friday and have not stayed in a more friendly place in Lago Patria. The owner made me feel so welcome. He put me in a room that I requested so it would be quieter, supplied a huge bottle of cold water in arrival (very very welcome) and even allowed me to pick some fresh lemons off the tree. The room was huge with, the shower was fantastic and everything worked like clockwork. The breakfast was a great mixture of hot and cold food (the cakes were amazing). I would definitely stay at this hotel where I felt part of the family again.

I really liked these for a budget property: the outdoor pool area, the helpful staff, the air con, a fridge in the room, a reasonable breakfast selection with a couple of warm things available when brought out at 0700. Of note: the supermarket is 1 km away and there are few amenities nearby. There is a bus along the coast and then to the train at Licola (destination Naples). The bus goes roughly once an hour but the timetable is erratic and adherence to it is too. Even better if: the beds and pillows, in particular, were more comfortable. And perhaps the option to have a kettle in the room. What startled me was my hotel-arranged transfer to the airport for 50euros. The driving style in Italy is different from anywhere else I have been and while the car was thankfully large and comfortable, the 145km/hr speed we were driven at, v close proximity to drivers ahead and tailgating and beeping to encourage them to move over was rather stressful .

I got ripped off as staff arranged driver who overcharged us. Got left somewhere as there was a train strike. We had to wait for 3 hours as driver could not come back. Breakfast was horrific. Eggs dried out, Bread was hard and old sausage and bacon gross. Absolutely way too far. Absolutely nothing to do in the area. We regret the moment we entered the premises instantly. Shops no where to be found. Absolutely disappointed. Never again!
