The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing! Serena and Giuseppe were 2 names I remember but literally every staff member went above and beyond to make my son and I feel welcomed. The only thing we wished was opened later was the pool. The pool closed at 6:45.

The hotel is really nice, really clean and with plenty of amenities. The pools were also really nice and beautiful palm trees to give you that serene look. The views of the mountains surrounding the property is really great. The restaurant food was superb. We were not expecting such high quality delicious food. It was so pleasant. The staff was super friendly and helpful even with our very limited Italian. They also provided recommendation on what to do. If you happen to be staying at this property, do yourself a favor and ask about their olive oil that they produce, really great product!

This is one of our go to Resorts. We are excited for the expansion. The food is always great and on point. The service is wonderful. Everyone is always very sweet and personable. We have left other resorts to stay here because the service and amenities are just better. They really make you feel comfortable.

Amazing Experience

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Hotel is spotless, pool is bio, saltwater, poolside service with lunch & the perfect pina colada! Besides the beauty of the hotel & grounds, the staff were incredibly. Parking was tricky, but they brought a golf cart to help us up to hotel and kindly carried our luggage to our room. Stefano went above & beyond to give us an amazing experience. Off the beaten path and highly recommended!

I have been travelling for over 25 years . This place has a lot to learn. It’s all about money and saving . The client and its staff is secondary. I lost my wallet during my say I was stressed with my two young daughters. They did nothing to help not even offer a bottle of water for free to my daughters in the situation. I contacted my cousin for help who lives in italy. They would not allow him to enter my room. Lastly. They had a lady at the front desk lug down our suitcases . My daughters and I felt bad so we helped this poor lady. Women should be treated with respect. I lost one key during this fiasco they wanted to charge me 25 euros. I will never return. Laundry was 93 euros. I stayed in other hotels and the most I paid was 25 euros. I will never return.. simply horrible
