All the staff are super friendly and help full. The Hotel was fantastic!! The beach was amazing!! Everyone went out of their way to help us find things to do around Naples. We were there for over a week and do not have anything negative to say. We will be returning in the Fall and will be staying here again.

The bathroom was very small, the pan was restricted, very closed to the shower, very uncomfortable that I had to sit on it sideways, the hotel very bad rundown, it needs a total updated.

This is meant to be a 3 stars hotel.. Staff is fairly rude and it looks like they couldn't care less about you, except perhaps the pool lifeguard. Pool itself is said to be free but they will charge you 12 euros per day. Rooms are small and poorly furnished. A/C was not working and I spent a night roasting whilst mosquitoes were having a decent dinner. I checked out the day after and I will never ever return.

Tråkigt och ogästvänligt

Gammalt hotell med tråkigt rum och liten ofräsch toalett med duschdraperi. Ett gammalt tvål låg kvar i duschen. Frågade om restauranger i närheten, båda vi fick var stängda. Hittade ett pizza ställe vi kunde äta på. Inga solstolar vid poolen då säsongen var över men soligt och 24 gr. Ville låna vars en av de solstolar som brukar stå på stranden men det fick vi ej utan vi skulle betala hyra. Efter en del argumentation kunde vi ha vars en stol 1 timme gratis. Sämsta frukosten. Saft-juice i plastmuggar. Tom teet smakade dåligt. Kaffet gott. Ogästvänlig matsal. Oerhört högt ljud när man spolade. Väldigt lyhört. Ett återkommande svagt ljud hela natten utanför rummet. Vi kan ej rekommendera detta hotel.

Ingen mat serverades inga madrasser på solstolen Vi kom för att vila och de tog oss ut för att städa när vi sov även knackade på dörren Frukost var brist fällig Vid poolen jobbade man med maskiner så man kunde inte höra podden på mobilen , poolen var bra 👍

Langt i fra er 3 stjerners hotell.

Resepsjonen hilser aldri på deg, virker som dem bare bryr seg om seg selv. Når vi ankom skulle dem ha oss til å betale hele oppholdet når vi allerede hadde betalt det på forhånd. I tillegg til dette må man betale for solseng på hotell ved bassengområde, noe jeg aldri har opplevd før og det kostet 12 euro per person per dag, noe som ikke er billig om man er der en lenger periode. Vi hadde også bestilt dobbeltseng, men fikk to enkelt senger som sto inntil hverandre, og de sklidde fra hverandre hele tiden. Badet er forferdelig, og vi hadde en gigantisk gresshoppe på badet som har krypet gjennom rørene. Maur var det også på rommet. Flekker på håndklærne og kjedelig utvalg på frokost. Eneste fine med hotellet var restauranten hvor alle de som jobber var hyggelig og god mat, men de i resepsjonen tar deg ikke godt i mot. Dette er langt i fra et 3 stjerners hotell.

Hotel en mauvais état. La grande réception tape à l’œil cache le coté délabré des chambres. Accueil très froid et sans effort Pour accéder à la piscine il faut payer 15€ par jour et par personne et avoir un bonnet de bain ! Seul intérêt : la plage est juste à coté

Im ersten Zimmer hat es extrem nach Kanalisation gerochen. Erst nach zweifachen Nachhaken bekamen wir ein neues. Für den!! HOTELEIGENEN!! Pool verlangte die Rezeption 21 Euro pro Tag. Das Hotelzimmer konnten wir mit einer Kreditkarte öffnen. Sprich: Jeder kann dein Zimmer aufschliessen.

Sembravano du modi paralleli... L'esterno dell hotel BELLISSIMO, sembrava una struttura della Grecia, una piscina è un prato veramente ben curati, spiaggia a pochissimi metri, ristorante davvero buono.... Poi arrivi alla stanza e c'è il degrado vero... Sporcizia, spazi minuscolo, porte rotte, disorganizzazione del personale... Insomma, un posto che ha un potenziale veramente alto ma che all' interno non viene sfruttato al meglio... RIPULITE L INTERNO!!!!!
