Everything we needed was nearby, with so many shops and places to explore around the area. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. "Top location, at the steps of exit of Gongdeok station with direct link to airport and easy access to key areas in Seoul. Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom has a great shower. All spotlessly clean. There also is a 7-11 on site open till 1AM! On the negative side: I had a stressful departure. Front desk called 5 minutes after check out time informing me that if I won't check out in 15 minutes I will be charged. Communication style needs serious improvement because it cancelled my otherwise positive impression of the hotel."

"The Hotel is amazing! We stayed in a room with a full size fridge and wash tower. This allowed for great flexibility when it came to leftovers and washing clothes in our own time. The staff is great and the location is very good! With metro and bus stations at a very short walking distance. Will stay here again for sure!"
