"This was a cute place and the pictures don't do it much justice. We really enjoyed our stay. It was walkable to downtown(which we did daily) and in great proximity to outlying attractions. Plan accordingly with just a small refrigerator and microwave, but that is outlined on the listening. Overall, it was a solid spot and I'd definitely do it again. "

"We stayed in a three story historic house that has been restored beautifully. The Perch has beautiful decor and top of the line, modern appliances. There are steps from the street to the first floor and stairs inside to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The four of us are in our mid 70s and we managed the steps just fine. The location is within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants."
