The bed frame felt unstable, and the mattresses weren’t very comfortable, which affected sleep quality. Family room lacked seating, only comfortably sat three people. The biggest disappointment was the pool — it was not heated at all, making it unusable during our stay. The layout was also a bit odd, with the basement unit bedroom...
