Just the vacation I needed. My little oasis. Late night views from the porch/balcony and the sound of the beach waves. Couldn't ask for more. Let's not forget about the AMAZING LOCATION! Definitely will be booking another stay.

This is an excellent very clean room in a great location! In the heart of Times Square and walking distance to every thing. The room included a backpack cooler and beach chairs/umbrella that we carried to the beach each day. Large balcony that overlooked Times Square and Fort Myers Beach as well as fifth street. Very clean and full of amenities. Highly recommended!

This little unit was so nice! I grew up coming to FMB, and so did my boys. It was a tradition to come and have lunch by the pier and walk around by the shops. We had always stayed further south on the island. To be on the north end right in the heart of all the shops, restaurants, & bars was so fun! We walked and biked so much! The views were amazing. The only negative thing was there was no parking space for our vehicle. We made it work. It’s great to see how much FMB is being built back up after Ian! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Beach Staycation

We had an amazing time at this little Ft Myers Beach hideaway! We loved the sunset on the rooftop (people watching was really fun too!) Location was perfect and the host was so accommodating. We only live 15 minutes away, so we will definitely be back!

This gem of a condo was a perfect getaway for us! The location couldn’t have been better. With it being right in the heart of Times Square we had easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The only issue we had was parking. We thought the condo had its own spot to park but it doesn’t. However, there is a metered public parking lot close by. Bobby was a great host and incredibly responsive. We highly recommend this beautiful place!!

Weekend Getaway

The facility was very well kept and clean. It’s cozy and was just right for us. We loved the private patio deck! The bar next door got a little rowdy at night but didnt bother us too much. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay in heart of FMB

Location was absolutely wonderful for a short weekend trip to Fort Myers Beach. Right on beach, in the heart of restaurants and bars. The unit was very clean and accommodating for our needs. Private roof entrance and lounge area had amazing views of the gulf! We stayed on the weekend, so Saturday night karaoke at the adjacent bar was a bit loud but there was enough white noise in the apartment to drown out the screaming.

Beautiful place and amazing location!

I cant speak any more wonderfully about the Hosts and the place itself. The access to the beach and surrounding area is perfect, and its located in a place where its pretty easy to get on and off the island. Its such a cool hidden gem and gives the perfect private view of the sunrise, sunset and a whole bunch of people watching. Theres some great kareoke next door, too!

The ONLY rental within 300 yards in any direction. Right in the heart of Times Square. The sunsets and moon rises were amazing! The deck is larger than the place and has incredible views.

Great location!

We really enjoyed this gem! The location was perfect and the view of the ocean relaxing. The rooftop offered two lounge chairs and privacy from the hustle and bustle below. There are restaurants, ice cream and souvenir shops all within walking distance. Inside, the place was nicely decorated with decor I would use in my own house. Bobby was very responsive to our questions and made us feel at home. The washer and dryer was an added bonus! Thank you for a great stay!!

Wow!!!!

What a pleasant surprise. I now know why this place gets all 10’s! Cute place. Tidy and clean. Has everything you need. Property manager was top notch. We thought about getting a room at the Margaritaville, but wow, were they expensive. This property has the same ocean view, actually a better ocean view than the Margarittaville, and the bonus is this property has a front deck the size of New Jersey!!! Ha! I mean it, it’s huge! The whole experience was awesome. Highly recommended.

PROS-Host was excellent. Actual apartment was clean. View of beach and water was excellent. CONS- have to pay to park on street (5 per hour) in order to unload car. If you have a lot of stuff bring a wagon to cart your things from car to rental. After unloading, I parked my car across the bridge at the park and ride to minimize parking charges. Otherwise you willPay A-LOT TO PARK ON BEACH. The worst part for me- At the entrance to apartment there are 4 large trash bins ( must belong to adjacent businesses) practically blocking walk way to stairs- left very little room to walk through with stuff made it a challenge and the trash bins smelled really bad/ NOT a good first impression at all. Be prepared to hike up 2.5 flight of stairs. Once you are upstairs the view is great looking at the water but if you look down you see all the mess behind food trucks, not a pretty sight. I’m aware this is because of hurricane Ian wiping out Times Square but none the less an eyesore. The bedroom has a window overlooking the street and there is a bright light on the building that is on all night. The curtains do not cover enough of the light coming in and I had to put a towel over curtain to get room dark to sleep. The ceiling fan light in the bedroom didn’t work therefore it was hard to see in the room with using the table lamps. The furniture out on patio needs replaced-rocking chair backs broken and the loungers are very rickety and not comfortable. For the price paid disappointing

Great place to stay! We had problems finding overnight parking for our car. The public parking across the street according to the website doesnt allow 24hrs. The staircase was partially blocked by 4 garbage cans which made it difficult getting suitcase upstairs. The view and location is unbeatable!
