The space:
Welcome to your perfect beach retreat! Unwind in our modern coastal home, this charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest suite offers the ideal escape for two. Situated on the 3rd floor, stairs are required - we can arrange help to carry up bags if needed. There is a large private deck where you'll enjoy partial views of the sunset, bay, and downtown, just a 2 minute walk from the sand. This is one unit of a duplex, inquire about additional space for your group if you are interested!

Plush memory foam queen mattress with soft cotton sheets.

Modern Amenities:
Your suite includes a large tiles shower with a waterfall shower head. A fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a full-size range. Enjoy a private living room and deck, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and stream your favorite shows on TVs equipped with Roku.

Explore the Farmers Market next door every Friday and Saturday (Oct-may), and enjoy a variety of beach water sports, boat, and bike rentals nearby. Spend the day kayaking the mangrove or out on the gulf.

Beach essentials- We provide chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and towels for your beach outing.

Fishing gear- We have a few poles you may borrow. Feel free to take them down to the beach or rent a kayak nearby for a fishing adventure.

This Suite comes with your own private deck and entrance.

This fully private apartment is a cozy retreat connected to my home, offering you a completely separate entrance, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom for your comfort and privacy. While you'll have full privacy during your stay, I am also available if you need anything or have any questions. My Co-host and I live in another unit on the property and work locally, so I can interact as much or as little as your prefer. All guests are welcomed, and we proudly support all backgrounds and cultures including the LGBTQ+ community.

This place was amazing. Extremely comfortable and fully stocked. You could easily travel with just some clothes and more personal toiletries. The hosts include everything else, including multiple types of sunscreen. The decor was lovely. We loved the octopus theme. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained with lots of seating. There is also an outdoor fridge with alcoholic and n/a drinks (the first one's free!). All of your beach needs are there including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a cart, and even bikes! And about those bikes, we were asked on two different occasions by other riders where we got ours. The hosts are on-site and super friendly. They are also extremely responsive through the app. As for location, it was ideal. A short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars but also pretty well shielded from noise. We would absolutely stay here again. We can't do it yet (stupid jobs) but it also struck me as ideal for a longer stay of a few weeks or more.

Great time!

Chris was a wonderful host, answering all my silly questions promptly. The rental was clean, and decorated like a loved home, and not a sterile hotel. We had access to washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels. The location is perfect with short walks to the beach, numerous restaurants and bars, so no need to drive anywhere. The only downside was our stay was only a week. We plan on returning in the future, and staying longer. Thanks Chris & Jake!
