We stayed two nights. The area had an enormous amount of snow and there was only one guy working. So the parking lot was ridiculous but I’m assuming that’s because it was beyond their control. Seemed like every parking lot in town looked the same. The room was spotless and quite spacious. Quiet. Heat unit was great. Bathroom worked great. Nicely decorated. Would have given full marks if there was another blanket and a coffee maker in the room. The mattress was the best I’ve ever slept on away from home. Better than any large chain hotel or small hotel. We slept amazing.

There was no running hot water in our suite Asked for queen size bed and got a double bed bearly enough room for 2 people....no site of staff or front desk person. Would NOT recommended staying to travelers

The room was very small but suited my needs. It was clean and easily accessible. I can't comment on local amenities (other than that there was a Tim Horton's within walking distance LOL) because I was just on my way to another location

There is no temperature control in the room. The AC was on full time and the room was freezing in July. No place to hang up clothes. Bed was in a small area with no access from either side. Had to craw into and out of bed from the bottom.

One lock on the door to the room i got was fake and the other, the deadbolt, was broken off. The only way i could secure my room was to barricade the door with chairs. On top of that, the hair dryer was also broken, and the window to the room was open a crack. Its a ground floor room, so that made me extremely uncomfortably. On top of that, the person at the check in desk was not very pleasant, so i didnt even feel comfortable asking for a new room. If i didnt need to stay here tonight, i wouldnt have.

How this property has the rating it has baffles me. My tip for staying at this property? DON’T! The first room they offered us - an upgrade apparently - stunk of cigarettes, film on the windows, full garbage cans from previous occupants and a tiny bed. The second room, on the surface looked ok, but upon going deeper it was actually a mess. Housekeeping is non existent. The water is brown, the toilet leaked at its base, AC wouldn’t turn off and had bare wires sticking out. We stayed our full eight nights because I really couldn’t afford to lose the money paid and then have to pay for a new hotel. In those eight nights the room was sort of cleaned once. The bed was made twice, and we only got fresh towels by going down and getting them ourselves. I’ve spent most of my working life sleeping away from home, so lots and lots of hotel/motels. This one is in the bottom three or four. I can’t emphasize enough what a disaster this property is.

This place was disgusting. I find it hilarious that they call it “Inn and Suites” when clearly there is low income housing that lives in the building. The exterior door handle was falling off and there’s no security so people can’t just walk in. Then we see the deadbolt in our work room doesn’t work. What a disgrace. If I could post pictures you would be as horrified. This was all after me calling and being told very rudely they didn’t have a room for me and hanging up.
