The only downside was that we didn’t receive housekeeping service in our room, and we noticed there was no shampoo provided. However, we appreciated that there was a cart outside with supplies we could help ourselves to. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely return!"

"Amenities of hotel were amazing. New, clean, had everything you needed. We stayed for 1 night, it was a great location as we went to Wasaga Beach and Blue Mountain. The staff was absolutely wonderful, nice and so friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Collingwood. "

"Best to purchase the play pass from the hotel. For close to the same price ($2 difference) you can use the pass the whole stay instead of one day. Family suite was perfect for our family of 5. Avoid a holiday weekend if possible to avoid extra long lines for the activities. Pool can hit capacity so go earlier in day. "

"The staff were all so very friendly and pleasant. The 2nd floor hallway did have an ammonia smell (dampness or cats?), however the room was clean and welcoming. The timer for the hot tub jets is limited to 5 minutes, so there was a little bit of in and out, but the pool area was clean, with plenty of fresh towels. "
