"The hot tub was very nice, the included breakfast was super disappointing, the room was clean aside from small details such as the ceiling of the shower having some mold residue so i cleaned that myself on first night, the pool was full of hair and a lot of hair so only used it once during first day, overall was okay not the best and not the worst"

"There is no bellman and no valet parking. It was a bit inconvenient when we arrived with lots of luggage. Lobby is on the 12th floor so I had To leave the car out front and go up to check in. The front desk woman was very helpful and met us in the parking garage with a cart for our luggage. Other than that the room was clean. Breakfast was very good but they ran out of eggs and didn’t replenish during the time I was Down to eat. Staff was helpful. "

"There was a stain on my bed flat sheet. The door has terrible soundproofing. I got woken up every day at 8 am with children and adults screaming and talking in the hallway. You can hear everyone's doors slam shut all day. However, the staff is very friendly, and there is complimentary coffee and breakfast."

"We were upgraded and loved the room..Plenty of space and felt luxurious...clean and great stay. Just dont like the bathroom frosted glass as you can see through it pretty much and we were there with our son...awkward..."
