"Wonderful hotel, looks & feels amazing, staff are very good & professional, breakfast was very good. Well worth a stay, only downfall was the fans need cleaning or definitely updating as they ( two of them ) were dusty or not working so ended up not having a fan & in hot weather & no aircon not the best, but that was the only let down.

Beautiful architecture especially Ely Cathedral is breathtaking. The locals are friendly and very helpful. There are restaurants by the river and the food is delicious. The staff are very friendly and polite too.

Ely is well worth a visit. It is also a good base to visit the surrounding area given its well served train station. We had day trips by train to Kings Lynn (which is very interesting) and to Cambridge.

"A very long wait to check on but otherwise service was good. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom wirh nice toileteries.
We didnt eat in the hotel so cant xomment on the restaurant.
