"My son stayed at The Gordon when he was driving back from college to Canada. He had a van filled with boxes and important things and the valet team unloaded and stored it all so it was safe. They arrived at 1030 pm and were treated like the most important guests. Exceptional service. Great location. Beautiful hotel. A must stay in Eugene. We will be back. Go Ducks! "

"Clean, safe, & friendly staff. Location was a great! Right in front of the Matthew Knight Arena which was perfect b/c I was there for an Oregon Ducks basketball game. Solo female traveller - felt safe the whole time and safe to leave my car in the parking lot. Safe neighbourhood. Lots of parking for the wkend. Staff at the front were super helpful & nice. No elevator but I only had a backpack for a short stay so it was perfect. Would absolutely book here again! "

"Got a suite and it was a wonderful room. Comfortable bed and had a couch to watch some tv from. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff, housekeeping staff, breakfast staff all very nice people!! If I ever get in the area again I will be glad to stay there!"
